Returns Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product. We do not charge any restocking fees. To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. contact us at Contact@Blanda.co.uk for the return address.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@Blanda.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Arrival of Product:
Our estimated shipping time is between 6 to 12 business days., excluding a preparation period of 1-3 days. If your product has not arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest allowing up to 20 days for potential delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, postal delays, or customs. If your product has not arrived after 25 days, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and videos and send them to our customer support at contact us or Contact@Blanda.co.uk. Upon verification, you will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
Defective or Broken Products:
If you encounter any issues with your product within 30 days of receipt, please return it at your expense. We will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used to reorder a new product.
Change of Opinion:
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you have 30 days from receipt to do so. Please contact us at Contact@Blanda.co.uk for the return address. Returns must be for unused, items in their original packaging.
Exchanges:
To exchange a product, you have 30 days from receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team at Contact@Blanda.co.uk for assistance with the exchange process.
Wrong Product:
If you receive an incorrect product, you have 30 days to return the Product, please contact us at Contact@Blanda.co.uk and we’ll be sure to get you the Blanda products you ordered!
Refund Policy :
Please note that our Refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are dirty, broken, damaged, or stained.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Please be aware that our policy does not cover orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Furthermore, Blanda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
